Onboarding captures the church profile, the leadership team and their roles, the data the church can supply, consent and privacy choices, and the optional mutual confidentiality agreement. Nothing here scores the church; it decides who participates, what each person may see and which records the program may use.
Its part in the whole: Fixes the boundaries: who answers the stewardship principle assessment, who sees financial detail, and what stays private to the individual in Personal Nsites.
