Church Transformational Dashboard

This page connects three things without combining them: what leadership assessed on each of the Seven Stewardship Principles, what church operations actually demonstrate, and whether the coaching commitments and 90-day action plans are being completed.

About the Dashboard

The Church Transformational Dashboard places three deliberately separate measures beside each other for all seven stewardship principles: what leadership assessed, what operations actually demonstrate, and how much of the committed work is finished. No blended score is calculated, so evidence never quietly rewrites an assessment.

Its part in the whole: Answers the central question of the program: do the numbers, the systems and the follow-through agree with what leadership believes?

It reads the same figures summarised on Home, arranged by principle and over time. Back to Home

Where assessment and evidence disagree, the source detail sits in Stewardship Nsites and Stewardship Nsites Connect. Continue to Stewardship Nsites

Prototype — synthetic pilot data. No live financial, engagement or attendance integration is connected. Assessment, operational evidence and execution are three separate measures. Evidence and action completion never overwrite the official Seven Stewardship Principles assessment score.

Church and reporting period

Synthetic pilot selection. Values shown are illustrative for every church and period.

Leland's Seven Stewardship Principles metric mapping v0.9 (draft) · Awaiting Leland Rubin, creator of the Seven Stewardship Principles, and leadership approval

Four summary measures — reported separately

These are four different measurements of four different things. They are shown together for convenience and are never averaged into one score.

Assessment

Seven Principles baseline assessment

44

Average of the seven official baseline principle scores rated by leadership in March 2026 (synthetic).

Assessment

Latest Seven Principles assessment / pulse

58

Average of the latest leadership pulse or reassessment. Still a self-assessment — not an observation.

Operational evidence

Operational evidence index

57

Observed metrics from Stewardship Nsites and Stewardship Nsites Connect. A separate measure — it does not change the assessment score.

Execution

90-day action-plan execution

67%

Share of coaching commitments and 90-day actions completed across the seven principles.

No blended score is calculated here. Any future combined score requires Leland Rubin's approval of the metric mapping and weighting.

S4 Cultivate Generosity Through Giving — the three measures side by side

Each card below measures something different. Read them together, but never add them together.

Assessment status: Needs attention

Measure 1 — Assessment

Assessment (leadership self-rating)

50 → 63

Mar 2026 baseline → Aug 2026 pulse

Official Seven Principles module score. Approved by: Leadership team, coach reviewed. Evidence and action completion never overwrite this number.

Measure 2 — Operational evidence

Operational evidence

66

Medium data confidence

Aggregate giving-participation trends observed in Stewardship Nsites; individual household giving is never displayed to leadership.

Measure 3 — Execution

Execution of commitments

80%

10 complete · 1 open

Recurring-giving invitation series complete; generosity testimony series in flight.

Six-month trend — two separate series

The assessment line is leadership's self-rating. The operational-evidence line is observed activity. They are plotted together for comparison only.

Execution shown separately as progress

80% of the 90-day actions for S4 are complete. Execution is not plotted on the trend chart because it is not the same kind of measure.

Operational drivers

Each driver names its source application and data confidence so leadership knows how much weight to give it.

  • Households giving at least once this quarter

    58%

+11 points since baseline (synthetic, aggregate)

    Target 75% (higher is better)

Source: Stewardship Nsites · Medium data confidence

  • Recurring-giving share of total giving

    37%

    +8 points since baseline (synthetic)

    Target 50% (higher is better)

Source: Stewardship Nsites · High data confidence

Interpretation

Evidence runs slightly ahead of assessment. Aggregate participation and recurring-giving share are both climbing, and the household-level detail behind these figures stays private.

Priority gaps

Where what leaders assessed, what operations demonstrate and whether actions are completed materially diverge.

  • S7Give Generously: agreement on the weakness, little execution

    execution lagging

Assessment 54 and evidence 50 both sit low, and only 52% of the 90-day actions are complete.

Next 90 days

Commitments carried in Coaching & Action Plans. Completing an action does not change the Seven Principles assessment score — the next assessment does.
