Seven Stewardship Principles
Seven Principles Educational Academy
A partnership between Leland Rubin, creator of the Seven Stewardship Principles, and Allan Bell - CPA, CMA, MBA, Nsites founder and creator.
About the Seven Principles Academy
The Seven Principles Academy is the teaching and assessment core: the Seven Stewardship Principles methodology of Leland Rubin in seven principles and twenty-eight lessons, with exercises, evidence, a principal deliverable per principle, module scoring and both printed and digital workbooks. Leaders and members answer the digital workbook and the responses compile into one shared church score per principle.
Its part in the whole: Establishes where leadership believes the church stands on each principle, then closes the lowest-scoring gaps through teaching and a 90-day plan.
It teaches into the gaps the applications and the Dashboard reveal, rather than teaching in the abstract. Back to Dashboard
Assessment alone is not enough — the systems behind the scores are tested in Church Operational Readiness. Continue to Church Operational Readiness

How the Academy works: assess first, then teach the gaps
The Seven Principles Academy is where the church learns and does the work. But the work starts with assessment: invite leadership, staff, ministry leaders and members to complete the digital workbook. Their compiled answers reveal which principles need teaching first.
1. Assess — assign participants
Choose the principles and due date, pick the groups taking part, and add or remind people on the roster.
2. Respond — participants answer
Each person works through the same seven principles online, rating each area 0–4 with notes and evidence.
3. Compile — see the church score
All submitted answers combine into one church score by principle, with agreement, group views and gaps. The lowest-scoring principles become the teaching priority.
