About Home
Home is the executive command center. It gathers the current picture from all four elements — Seven Principles Academy progress, church financial health from Stewardship Nsites, congregation engagement from Stewardship Nsites Connect, and consented aggregate wellness from Personal Nsites — plus operational readiness and open coaching work, with one-click entry into each area.
Its part in the whole: The daily starting point that shows which of the seven stewardship principles, which systems and which engagement measures need attention right now.
It becomes useful once Onboarding has set roles, consent and the church profile. Back to Onboarding

How the program works — one continuous loop
Ask the church where it thinks it stands, then prove it with evidence from the applications, name the gap between the two, work the gap with owned actions and coaching, and measure again. Every element of Nsites exists to serve one of these five stages.
1. Assess perception — Where do we think we are?
2. Gather evidence — Where are we actually?
3. Name the gap — Perception versus evidence.
4. Teach and act — Close the gap on purpose.
5. Re-measure — Did it actually work?
Stage 1
Assess perception
Where do we think we are?
Leadership, staff and members complete the Seven Principles survey.
Go thereStage 2
Gather evidence
Where are we actually?
Financials from Stewardship Nsites, people metrics from Stewardship Nsites Connect, household themes from Personal Nsites.
Go thereStage 3
Name the gap
Perception versus evidence.
Compare Seven Principles survey input against Stewardship Nsites, Connect and Personal Nsites evidence.
Go thereStage 4
Teach and act
Close the gap on purpose.
Facilitated Seven Principles lessons teach the principles behind each gap; actions are assigned with owners and due dates.
Go thereStage 5
Re-measure
Did it actually work?
Re-issue the Seven Principles survey semi-annually or annually and track the same evidence streams.

Sample Community Church Leadership Cohort 1
AI executive briefing
Draft narrative across all contained applications. Every observation links to its source and requires human approval before distribution.
Financially stable, relationally warm, operationally inconsistent.
Sample Community Church is operating close to plan with a 2.6% favorable budget variance and a change in net assets of $160,400. Giving is healthy in total, but concentration in the top ten households reached 24% and 138 households have lapsed in the trailing twelve months without documented follow-up.
Engagement is steady at 1,180 weekly attenders, yet only 61% of first-time guests received follow-up within 48 hours, and 13 guests from last Sunday have no assigned owner. The connection pathway converts well once a guest reaches a Chill and Chat event, which makes early follow-up the highest-leverage fix.
Leland's Seven Stewardship Principles progress stands at 54 of 100 overall, with S1 Build Financial Literacy strongest at 70 and S7 Give Generously lowest at 40. The recommended next actions are the reserve policy, first-time-guest owner assignment, and completion of S5 Invest in Future Ministry Lesson 3 before the November board meeting.
