How the digital workbook works

Four steps, all inside Nsites. If you have not taken the leadership visibility survey yet, start there so the baseline ratings build on your blind spots.

1. Build the assignment
Choose from the church's assigned principles, select who receives it, set the due date and decide how names appear in reporting.

2. Participants answer
Each person rates every area from 0 to 4 with a short note and an evidence check. Answers save as they go.

Ratings are averaged per dimension, weighted, and rolled up to a score for each principle and one church score, with agreement shown.

4. Teach the gaps and publish
The lowest-scoring principles become the Academy teaching priority. Compiled scores flow into the printed workbook, board pack and action plans after leadership approval.
